The photo is of my grandson Wilder. I was able to capture him just having a moment exploring.
During my first year in the Photography program at Fanshawe College. I entered the photo in a the yearly competition at Fanshawe College, in the Editorial Category. The image came in 1st place with a score of 99.
A few months later, another opportunity came up to enter the photo again, at the Tap Centre for Creativity in London, Ontario. The image was in the editorial category and it was selected again for the overall best image.
It is a privilege to being recognized by your peers and professionals in the industry.
